The Problem

Your business looks like a different company on every platform.

Most local businesses don't have a branding problem. They have a consistency problem. The logo on the website looks one way. The Facebook profile picture is a slightly different color. The Google Business Profile cover photo is from 2019. The Meta ad doesn't match anything.

To a customer trying to decide whether to call you, that inconsistency reads as one thing: unprofessional.

You don't need a six-figure rebrand to fix this. You need a clean, professional, consistent brand presence — applied everywhere customers see you.

What We Design

What we design for your business.

Every deliverable is built to work across your website, ads, social media, and local search — not just to look good in a portfolio.

Logo and identity systems

A clean, professional logo system with the colors, fonts, and file formats you'll actually use across every platform.

Website visuals and brand consistency

Hero graphics, section visuals, and icon sets so your website looks like a real business — not a template.

Ad creative for Meta and Google

Ad images and variants designed to match your brand and convert in the feed. Built to test, not just to look pretty.

Social media templates

Reusable templates for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn so posting consistently doesn't require a designer every week.

Local print and signage direction

Business cards, flyers, vehicle graphics, yard signs, and menus — designed and print-ready, with vendor recommendations across the Triangle.

Google Business Profile and reputation visuals

Cover photos, logo crops, and post imagery that make your Google search result look as professional as the rest of your business.

Connected Marketing

Branding that supports your website, ads, and SEO.

Branding by itself does not guarantee more leads. But when your business looks consistent everywhere, the rest of your marketing feels more trustworthy. Your website, ads, social profiles, and Google Business Profile should all look like they belong to the same business.

Your website feels more professional.

Strong branding gives your website the colors, visuals, icons, and design direction it needs to feel credible from the first click. Instead of looking like a template, your site feels connected to the real business behind it.

See Web Design & Development →

Your ads feel connected.

When your ad creative matches your landing page and brand style, the customer experience feels smoother. People are less likely to feel like they clicked into a different business after leaving the ad.

See Paid Ads & Lead Generation →

Your local search presence looks trustworthy.

Your Google Business Profile, post images, cover photos, and review visuals should look as professional as your website. Consistent branding helps customers recognize and trust your business before they call.

Branding became part of our service because almost every website, ads, or SEO project needs the same thing first: a clear, consistent visual system customers can recognize and trust.

How much does branding cost with AKDH?

Our branding packages start with Brand Cleanup for businesses that need cleaner, more consistent visuals, and move up to Brand Identity Kit for businesses that need a full visual system.

We also offer Monthly Creative Support for active AKDH clients who need ongoing design help for ads, social media, website visuals, flyers, and Google Business Profile graphics.

If you need something specific that is not listed, we'll review your goals during the free brand review and clearly quote anything outside the package scope before work begins.

Why do some agencies charge $20,000+ for branding?

Higher-priced branding projects usually include deep brand strategy, naming, audience research, workshops, messaging, and a longer creative process. That can make sense for funded startups, larger companies, or businesses doing a major rebrand. Most local businesses do not need that level of work right away. A contractor in Cary, a restaurant in Apex, or a med-spa in Raleigh usually needs something more practical: a clean logo system, consistent colors, better visuals, and brand assets that work across the website, ads, social media, and Google profile. That is where AKDH fits.

What is the difference between Brand Cleanup and Brand Identity Kit?

Brand Cleanup is for businesses that already have a logo they mostly like, but their visuals feel inconsistent. We clean up the system around the brand: colors, fonts, files, basic templates, and key digital assets. Brand Identity Kit is for businesses that need a stronger visual identity from the ground up. It includes logo direction, colors, fonts, file formats, brand guidelines, and core assets your business can use across web, ads, social, and print.

Do you offer payment plans?

For larger one-time packages, we can usually split payments into two parts: one payment to start and one payment before final delivery. Monthly Creative Support is billed monthly. We'll explain payment terms clearly before any work begins.

How fast can you deliver?

Most branding and creative projects are completed in 1–2 weeks, depending on the package, feedback speed, and project scope. A simple Brand Cleanup can usually move faster. A Brand Identity Kit or larger creative package may take longer if the business needs more direction or revisions. We build the process to be faster than a traditional months-long branding project, but we do not rush important decisions just to hit an artificial deadline.

What does the process look like from my side?

It starts with a short discovery call where we learn about your business, your customers, your current visuals, and where the brand needs to show up. After that, we create the first direction, review it with you, make structured revisions, and deliver the final files in an organized folder. The goal is simple: you should know what is happening, what you need to review, and what you will receive at the end.

How many revisions do I get?

Each package includes two structured revision rounds. That keeps the project focused and protects both sides from endless back-and-forth. If the first direction is not aligned, we slow down, revisit the brief, and make sure the next round is based on clear feedback instead of guessing. Additional revisions or new design directions can be added with a clear price before the work continues.

What if I need something outside the package scope?

If you need something extra, we'll quote it before starting. Examples could include an extra flyer, additional ad sizes, more social templates, a second logo version, or a larger print piece. You will never be surprised by extra charges. Anything outside the original package is approved first.

Do you use AI in the branding process?

Yes, we may use modern creative tools, including AI, during the early concept and exploration stage. But AI is not the strategy, and it is not the final quality check. AKDH leads the direction, reviews the work, refines the ideas, and makes sure the final brand assets fit your business, your market, and where the designs will actually be used. You are not paying for prompts. You are paying for direction, judgment, cleanup, consistency, and final usable assets.

Will my brand look like it came from an AI generator?

No — that is exactly what we avoid. Raw AI design can feel generic or disconnected from the real business. Our process uses tools to explore ideas faster, but the final work is selected, adjusted, organized, and reviewed before delivery. The goal is a brand that looks professional and usable — not like a random generated logo.

What file formats do I receive at the end?

Depending on your package, you may receive logo files such as SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF, plus light and dark versions when needed. For brand identity projects, we organize the final files so you can use them across your website, social media, ads, print materials, and Google Business Profile. The exact deliverables depend on the package you choose, and they will be listed clearly before the project starts.

Do you handle printing?

We can design print-ready files and recommend local or online print vendors. Printing costs are separate and paid directly to the printer. We do not mark up printing unless a specific print-management service is agreed on in advance.

What is not included in a branding package?

Our standard branding packages do not include business naming, trademark registration, deep brand strategy workshops, photography, video production, printing costs, unlimited revisions, or large market research projects. We keep the scope clear so the project stays focused, affordable, and realistic.

Can I use the final files anywhere — website, ads, signs, or truck graphics?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the final approved files are yours to use for your business. You can use them on your website, social media, ads, printed materials, signage, and other normal business uses. For very large commercial use, trademark questions, or legal ownership questions, we may recommend speaking with an attorney.

Who actually does the design work?

AKDH leads the strategy, creative direction, client communication, and quality review. For some projects, we may work with a small network of trusted creative partners. This is common in agencies. The important part is that you still have one main point of contact, one process, and one quality standard. Nothing is sent to you without AKDH review.

Do I have to already be an AKDH client to use this service?

No. One-time packages like Brand Cleanup and Brand Identity Kit are open to new clients.

Monthly Creative Support is available as an add-on for active AKDH Web Design, SEO, or Paid Ads clients. That helps us keep the creative work connected to your actual marketing.

What if I do not like the first round of designs?

That can happen. Branding is visual, and taste matters. That is why we use a clear brief, structured feedback, and revision rounds. If the first direction is not right, we use your feedback to adjust the next version. Our goal is not to force a design on you. Our goal is to get to a professional, usable direction that fits your business and works across your marketing.

How do I get started?

Start with a free brand review. Send us your website, social profiles, Google Business Profile, or any current brand materials. We'll review them and give you a clear recommendation on what to fix first. Sometimes that means a full package. Sometimes it only means a cleanup. And sometimes we may tell you to wait until your website, offer, or business direction is clearer.

Will better branding get me more customers?

Branding alone does not guarantee more customers. What good branding can do is help your business look more professional and consistent when people see you online. That can support trust, improve first impressions, and make your website, ads, social media, and Google profile feel more connected. Think of branding as support for your marketing — not a replacement for marketing.

My website is already live. Do I still need this?

Maybe. If your website looks professional and your brand is consistent across your social media, ads, and Google profile, you may not need a branding package. But if your logo, colors, fonts, graphics, and profile images look different everywhere, a Brand Cleanup can help your business look more consistent without rebuilding the whole website.

How does branding connect to paid ads?

Paid ads work better when the creative, landing page, and business identity feel connected. If someone clicks a Facebook ad and lands on a page that looks completely different, it can create doubt. Consistent branding helps the ad, landing page, and business feel like one experience. That does not guarantee conversions, but it removes a common trust problem.

Do I need a full rebrand, or can you just clean up what I have?

Most businesses do not need a full rebrand. Many only need a cleanup: better logo files, a clear color palette, consistent fonts, social templates, and updated visuals for the website and Google Business Profile. During the free brand review, we'll tell you honestly whether you need a cleanup, a full identity kit, or nothing major right now.
